Six different wines selected

by our sommelier Amanda

 

All wines are thoughtfully made within their various environments, often with organic and/or biodynamic certifications. Their grapes are grown without herbicides or pesticides, are hand harvested and are vinified with minimal intervention.

 

This hands off approach allows the land to shine through beautifully.  Often these wines are vibrant and expressive, often funky with some unfiltered chunky bits, sometimes spritzy and always with a ton of personality.

The selection will be a mix of sparkling, white, orange, rosé and red bottles.
